Jasmine Garner

Jasmine Garner serves as a Government Relations Associate at Capitol Associates, Inc., where she supports the firm’s federal health policy and government relations work. In this role, Jasmine works on key regulatory and legislative issues specific to clinical specialties, preparing the weekly newsletter, and representing clients before federal policymakers.

Jasmine brings experience in summarizing and assessing implications for Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) quality programs, physician billing policies, as well as legislative affairs on Capitol Hill. Her professional interests include advancing healthcare policy reforms that improve quality, access, and affordability across the healthcare system.
