1999 Awards Dinner
The awards dinner honored the Congressional Caucus for Women's Issues with emcee, Carole Simpson, ABC-News and Mary Fisher, Dr. Dorothy
Height, Donna Shirley, and Carole Simpson. The Honorary Dinner Co-Chairs included Representative Sue Kelly and Carolyn Maloney. Over 500
guests were in attendance for the dinner. The program included premier of Lifetime Television documentary "Stories of the
Century".

Dinner/Fund-raising Event
JFK Library Foundation raised over $1 million. This event was a recreation of the occasion where Pablo Casals performed in the East
Room of the White House on November 13, 1961. It was held at the Organization of American States Building in March
1998.
